New creative leadership team appointed.

AnalogFolk's Sydney-based executive creative director Richard Morgan is stepping down after three-and-a-half years.

The agency’s creative leadership is now in the hands of Naomi Martin and Catherine Tubb, formerly associate creative directors, who have been promoted to joint creative directors. Both have worked closely with Morgan on a number of campaigns.

AnalogFolk managing director Matt Robinson said: “I can’t thank Richard enough for what he has brought to AnalogFolk with his world-class thinking and breakthrough results for clients.

“Among other awards, he led us to win a gold Effie and over the past three years managed to land seven finalists in what we consider an incredibly important award – creativity that gets results.

“He has also grown, nurtured and helped lead the transition and integration of a fresh creative leadership team."

Morgan said: “I’m very proud of being able to help significantly level up AnalogFolk’s growth and creative success in my time here, shoulder-to-shoulder with some talented colleagues and ambitious clients."

New joint creative director Naomi Martin joined the agency in 2020 and has held senior roles in the UK and Australia, including AMV•BBDO, Leo Burnett and Society Social. Her work at AnalogFolk includes award-winning creative for Rekorderlig, Afterpay, TK Maxx and Curtin University. She is also a tutor at AWARD School.

Catherine Tubb has 20 years’ experience across London and Sydney including roles as associate creative director at M&C Saatchi and Clemenger BBDO, and senior roles at Spatial Sauce, Society Social and Lbi London.

Her work has been recognised at shows across the world, most recently at AWARD and AC&E along with Martin for their work on Stoneleigh. Tubb has also launched her own lingerie label Ms. Kensington.

Robinson said: “Both Cat and Naomi bring a thoroughly progressive creative approach to the table, and with their experience across advertising, social media, experiential, branded content and all things digital – I couldn’t be more thrilled to promote them to the joint creative director role, where their experience and passion will make even more of an impact on the next chapter here at AnalogFolk.”
